农产品质量安全追溯系统中信息技术的研究及应用现状

摘要

Increasing globalization of our agri-food supply demand combined with recent outbreaks of foodborne disease has heightened concerns over agri-food safety issues around the globe. Many nations are looking for a means of traceability which allows for the tracking origin,and quality of a product to limit damages incurred and restores confidence in the agri-food supply. In this paper,the meaning and development of traceability system for agri-food were introduced. Several critical technologies for agri-food traceability were summarized. The research progress and application status on traceability system using information technology was discussed. In addition , some existing problems in practice were proposed and discussed in the end.%日益增长的农产品供给需求和近期频繁出现的食源性疾病使农产品质量安全性问题成为全球关注的重点。各国都在探索农产品的可追溯方法，以此来控制农产品质量安全问题的发生，恢复消费者的信心。本文介绍了农产品质量追溯系统的内涵及国内外发展现状，总结了目前农产品追溯的关键技术，重点阐述了信息技术在国内外农产品追溯中的应用，最后指出了构建农产品质量追溯系统中所存在的问题。以期为优化和健全农产品质量安全可追溯体系提供参考价值。
