It is to establish the fingerprint chromatogram by GC,the ten batches of Antarctic krill oil from the ten different month Antarctic krill were determined at HP-88 silica capillary column. The extent similarity algorithm which using the similarity Evaluation System of Chromatographic Fringerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Version 2004 A) recommended by State Food&Drug Administration, was adopted in combination with the clustering analysis to study the ten Antarctic krill oil's thirteen characteristic common peaks , and to evaluate the quality of Antarctic krill oil. The identification results showed that it accorded with reality. The GC fingerprint showed that this method had a good precision and repeatability, and it is a credible and efficient method for identify the quality of Antarctic krill oil.%采用HP-88型石英毛细管柱,对10批不同月份采集的南极磷虾所提取的南极磷虾油进行测定,建立了南极磷虾油的气相色谱指纹图谱。采用国家食品药品监督管理局推荐的“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004 A版)”的程度相似度计算法结合聚类分析对10批南极磷虾油所共有的13个特征峰进行比较分析,从而对其质量和品质进行评价,判定结果与实际情况相吻合。通过实验方法学考察,表明该气相色谱指纹图谱法具有良好的精密度和重现性。该方法准确、可行,可为南极磷虾油的品质控制提供技术参考。
