含油脂食品中邻苯二甲酸酯类的检测方法及分析

         

摘要

17 kinds of common representatives of phthalic acid esters were selected for establishing pre-food processing methods of phthalic acid esters, including extraction, purification, and chromatographic separation. Results indicated:①C2H3N and CH3(CH2)4CH3 extractions could be used for liquid or low fat samples and solid or high fat samples, respectively.②Good purifying effect could be achieved cascade of PSA column and C18.③The linearity ranges of 17 phthalic acid esters were 100μg/L-4 000μg/L.The correlation coefficient range was 0.997-0.999.④Under concentrations of 100μg/Land 1 000μg/L,the relative standard deviation of the samples were less than 10%. The sample recovery rate was in the range of 80%-120%.%选取17种常见邻苯二甲酸酯类代表,建立油脂食品中的邻苯二甲酸酯类前处理方法,包括提取、净化和色谱分离。结果表明:①对于液态或低脂样品可采用C2H3N提取,对于固态或高脂样品可采用CH3(CH2)4CH3提取。②采用PSA柱与C18串联,可以达到良好的净化效果。③17种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物线性范围均在100μg/L~4000μg/L,相关系数范围为0.997~0.999。④在100μg/L和1000μg/L两个浓度水平下样品的相对标准偏差均小于10%,样品回收率均在80%~120%范围内。
