53 human milk(<6 months postpartum) samples were collected in Huhhot during the year of 2013 to 2014. The vitamin contents were analyzed and compared for three lactation stages. The results showed:VB,VE, VK did not significantly change in mean concentration during lactation(P>0.05),but VC content increased and VA dereased with the time of lactation (P<0.05).VD content was too low to be detected.The water-soluble vitamins and the fat-soluble vitamins were under the adequate intake level which was set by Chinese nutrition society. The lactation stage negative correlated to VA content and positive correlated to VC content (P<0.05). If women take VB2 preparations,VB2 content in its mother's milk will rise significantly(P<0.05).%于2013年~2014年收集呼和浩特市产后6个月内产妇的母乳样品共53份,测定其维生素含量。结果表明:泌乳期内,母乳中的B族维生素、VE和VK无明显变化,组间差异不显著(P>0.05);VC随着泌乳期的延长而升高,VA随泌乳期的延长呈下降趋势,组间差异显著(P<0.05);VD在所有样品均无法检出。呼和浩特市婴儿的水溶性维生素和脂溶性维生素摄入量均低于中国居民膳食营养素适宜摄入量。泌乳期与VA含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与VC含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05);产妇若服用VB
