金黄色葡萄球菌分离株自动化核糖体分型的研究

摘要

31 Staphylococcus aureus strains were tested by the automated ribotyping system (Riboprinter). All the strains were identified as Staphylococcus aureus by the Riboprinter system, and 25 groups of Riboprint patterns were got.%运用自动化核糖体基因分型系统（Riboprinter），用EcoRI酶，对实验室分离的31株金黄色葡萄球菌进行分子分型研究。31株菌均被鉴定为金黄色葡萄球菌，并获得25种Riboprinter核糖体基因条带型。
