白灵菇多糖对力竭运动大鼠抗疲劳和抗氧化作用研究

         

摘要

经测定对照组大鼠、运动疲劳大鼠与力竭运动休息12 h后大鼠肝组织和线粒体相关指标,研究白灵菇多糖对机体运动能力及抗疲劳和提高机体运动后恢复能力的影响.取100只Wistar雄性大鼠,将其分为5组:对照组(A)、力竭组(B)、力竭休息组(C)、白灵菇多糖力竭组(D)、白灵菇多糖力竭休息组(E).根据试验要求,使5组大鼠做30 d跑台运动,D、E每天按一定剂量服用白灵菇多糖,末次运动后,将A组于安静情况下处死,检测相关指标;使另外4组做剧烈运动后力竭,将B、D组处死测相关指标;使C、E组大鼠休息12 h后,处死测指标.结果表明:大鼠经灌胃白灵菇多糖后,GSH-Px(谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)活力、SOD活力和-SH含量显著上升,MDA(丙二醛)含量明显下降.说明白灵菇多糖能够增强机体抗氧化能力.休息12 h后,NOS(一氧化氮合酶)能力、NO(一氧化氮)含量指标同运动前指标一致,由此可知服用白灵菇多糖能够增强机体的恢复能力,抗疲劳能力增强.灌胃白灵菇多糖可加强大鼠的抗疲劳能力和抗氧化功能,增强大鼠运动能力,提高运动疲劳后恢复能力.%To study the effects of Pleurotus nebrodensis polysaccharide on the exercise capacity and anti-fa-tigue of rats and the recovery of body movement after 12 hours of exhaustive exercise in rats. 100 male Wistar rats were divided into five groups:control group (A), exhaustive group (B), exhaustive resting group(C), Pleurotus nebrodensis polysaccharide exhausted group (D), white Pleurotus nebrodensis polysaccharide ex-haustion resting group (E). According to the test requirements, 5 groups of rats were subjected to 30 days of treadmill exercise. D and E were given Pleurotus nebrodensis polysaccharide every day. After the last exercise, the rats in group A were sacrificed and the related indexes were detected. The rats in group C and group E were sacrificed 12 hours after the operation, and the rats were sacrificed. The results showed that:GSH-Px activity, SOD activity and-SH content were significantly increased and the content of MDA decreased significantly after administration of Pleurotus nebrodensis polysaccharide. Indicating that Pleurotus nebrodensis polysaccharide can enhance the body's antioxidant capacity. After 12 h of rest, NOS and NO content were consistent with the pre-exercise indexes, which indicated that the polysaccharides of Pleurotus nebrodensis could enhance the re-covery ability of the body and enhance the anti-fatigue ability. Pleurotus nebrodensis polysaccharide can strengthen the anti-fatigue and anti-oxidant function of rats, enhance the athletic ability and improve the re-covery ability after exercise fatigue.
