微波消解-ICP-OES法测定五台山蘑菇中的元素含量

         

摘要

The contents of elements in mushrooms from Mount Wutai were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometric (ICP-OES). Mushroom samples were digested by microwave with HNO3-H2O2.The results showed there were 13 elements in this kind of mushrooms. They were Ca, Fe, Cr, Mg, Ba, Zn, Cu, Mn, Na, K, Co, Al, Ni, and did not detect Cd, Pb, Hg, As, Se, Mo of the harmful to human body. The method displays good linear relationship with correlation coefficient between 0.996445-0.999998. Under the best working conditions of this method the addition recoveries for these elements were from 92.2%to 114.4%, and the RSD of the method was between 0.11%and 4.98%. The method is convenient, rapid in detection of trace elements and can be used to analyze multi-elements in the same time.%采用微波法消解,以HNO3-H2O2作消解剂,并用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry ICP-OES)测定五台山蘑菇中多种元素的含量.测定结果表明,台蘑中含有Ca、Fe、Cr、Mg、Ba、Zn、Cu、Mn、Na、K、Co、Al、Ni 13种元素,未检测出对人体有害的Cd、Pb、Hg、As、Se、Mo等元素.方法的线性关系良好,相关系数在0.996445~0.999998之间.在仪器的最佳工作条件下,各元素的加标回收率在92.9%~114.4%之间,相对标准偏差在0.11%~4.98%之间,该方法操作简便,快速,并且可以多种元素同时测定.
