离子迁移谱在减肥类保健食品检测中的应用

目前减肥类保健食品中非法添加物问题屡禁不止,非法添加药物种类繁多且不断更新,建立一套快速简便、高灵敏度、高准确度的检测方法具有重要意义.离子迁移谱技术(ion mobility spectrometry, IMS)作为一种新型的微量化学物质检测技术,其仪器结构简单、体积偏小,且具有灵敏度高,生产能力强,检测速度快,分析成本低,操作便捷和维护简单等优点,可作为保健食品中非法添加物检测的一项重要技术.以离子迁移谱技术为基础,以检测减肥类保健食品中非法添加物为目的,对国内外离子迁移谱技术在该检测方面的应用进行综述分析,并根据分析结果对其发展前景进行了展望.%It was of great significance to establish a quick and simple test method with high sensitivity and high accuracy, because the problem of illegal additives in slimming health food were more and more variety and the government can hardly ban it outright. The technology of ion mobility spectrometry (IMS)as a new type of micro chemical detection technology. The equipment established by it had advantages of simple, small volume,high sensitivity, high productivity, quick analysis, low cost, easy operation and low maintenance, and it could be used as an important technology health care products in the detection of illegal additives.In order to detect the illegal additives in slimming health food based on ion migration spectrometer, the prospects of its application of ion-transfer spectrometry in this field was reviewed,and on the basic of the analysis results, the prospect of its development was prospected.
