采用杯蝶法研究白花败酱草乙醇提取液的抑菌作用,以及温度和紫外光因素对其抑菌活性的影响.结果表明:白花败酱草提取液的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)位于125~250mg/mL.在温度23~160℃,紫外照射时间10~50min提取物均有较高的抑茵活性,表明白花败酱草乙醇提取液的抑菌活性具有很好的热稳定性和紫外光稳定性.%Extractive of Patrinia villosa were detected for its antimicrobial effect ,in addition, the influence of temperature and UV on the antimicrobial activity were tested. The results showed the minimum inhibitory concentration of extractive from Patrinia villosa was between 125 mg/mL to 250 mg/mL, and it keep the high antimicrobial activity in temperature range of 23 -160 ^C , time of ultraviolet radiation range of 10 min to 50 min. It showed that ethanol extract from Patrin ia villosa were high thermostability and ultraviolet radiation stability.
