利用双酶复合法,以胰蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶复合提取蛋壳膜中透明质酸,通过响应面试验确定双酶法提取透明质酸的最佳工艺备件:料液比1;40(m;V),木瓜蛋白醇和胰蛋白酶的活性比1;1,酶用量1240 U/g,温度50℃,pH值7.3,提取时间6h.该条件下,蛋壳膜中透明质酸的提取量为12.2 mg/g·蛋壳膜.%The hyaluronic acid was extracted from eggshell membrane by double-enzyme with the complex of trypsinase and papain. Through response surface method, the best extracting conditons of hyaluronic acid were as followed; ratio of solid to liquid 1 : 40, a-mount of enzyme 1 240 U/g, reaction temperature 50 ℃ , hydrolysis time 6 h, pH 7.3. Under the condition, the hyaluronic acid yielding rate reached 12. 2 mg/g.
