PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extracting eggshell membrane hydrolysis protein from eggshell for solving such problems that by a conventional method for obtaining an eggshell membrane hydrolysis product by hydrolysis with acid and alkali, it takes a long time to decompose eggshell membrane, it is necessary to previously separate eggshell from eggshell membrane, the processes are complicated, and it is difficult to separate and refine only collagen and a collagen decomposition product because protein of eggshell membrane of an obtained eggshell membrane hydrolysis product is too much decomposed.;SOLUTION: This method for extracting eggshell membrane hydrolysis protein from eggshell comprises crushing eggshell attached with eggshell membrane, and irradiating the crushed eggshell in a solution with ultrasonic waves so as to extract hydrolysis protein containing collagen from the eggshell membrane.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
