大孔吸附树脂分离纯化麦胚蛋白酶解物中的抗氧化寡肽

         

摘要

采用DA201-C型大孔吸附树脂对麦胚蛋白酶解物(WGPHs)进行乙醇分步洗脱,不同浓度乙醇洗脱组分的疏水性氨基酸的摩尔百分比和疏水性Q值的分析结果表明:洗脱是按照疏水性递增的方式进行的,说明利用不同浓度乙醇将WGPHs按疏水性大小初步分离纯化是可行的,舍疏水性氨基酸肽段的富集显著提高了WGPHs梯度洗脱组分的体外抗氧化活性.%Macroporous adsorption resin DA201-C were used for stepwise elution of antioxidant oligopeptide from wheat germ protein hydrolysates. Hydrophobic amino acids of the molar percentage and the hydrophobicity values (Q value) analysis results suggested that wheat germ protein hydrolysates were eluted from DA201-C according to its hydrophobicity with gradient ethanol elution, were improved of antioxidant activity in vitro by the enrichment of peptides,containing hydrophobic amino acids.
