木槿功能性营养成分与生物活性研究进展

摘要

木槿是一种具有丰富的功能性营养成分与生物活性物质的园林观赏植物.文章综述了国内外木槿功能性营养成分及生物活性研究进展,概述提取物功能及相关加工产品开发现状,展望木槿开发利用前景,旨在为木槿的全面开发利用提供理论依据.%Hibiscus syriacus L.is a kind of ornamental plants with abundant functional nutrients and bioactive substances.The domestic and overseas research progress of functional nutrients and bioactive extracts of H.syriacus L were reviewed.Moreover,its function of extracts and the development status of related products were summarized,and the relative development and utilization prospect were prospected.Our study would provide theoretical basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of Hibiscus syriacus L.
