葛根提取物的精制及其增加骨密度保健食品的研制

         

摘要

The organic phase and water phase were used to refine the isoflavones from pueraria crude extract and the optimization was obtained : at the organic phase stage, the water saturation n-butyl alcohol was used as the extract solvent, the rate of the extract solvent and the original solution is 2:1, the reaction time is 2 hours and the extract times is 4; at the water phase stage, the rate of water and the original solution is 2.5:1, the reaction time is 2 hours and the extract times is 3. On this condition, the transfer rate reached at 75.58% and the pueraria isoflavones concentration was 79.43% .Used the refined isoflavones with D-glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate to produce a functional food for increasing bone density. The stability of the functional composition, the safety and the function of the functional food were evaluated.%利用有机相和水相双相萃取精制葛根粗提物,得到优化务件:有机相萃取时,以水饱和正丁醇为萃取剂,萃取剂与原溶液体积比为2:1,分离时间2h,共萃取4次;水相萃取时,以蒸馏水为萃取剂,萃取剂与原溶液体积比为2.5:1,分离时间2h,共萃取3次.此最优条件可从粗提物中的葛根异黄酮可转移出75.58%,所得萃取物纯度为79.43%,达到了精制的目的.用精制出的葛根提取物与D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐、硫酸软骨素配伍,制备出增加骨密度的保健食品,并对其进行了稳定性、安全性以及功能评价.
