本文对4株餐厨垃圾发酵菌混合发酵餐厨垃圾的种子培养基和发酵条件进行了研究和优化.最终确定了发酵的最优条件并进行了验证,发酵明显降低了最终的生物可降解率.实验证明:发酵底物添加10%的麸皮、总体含水量在45%、接种量为15%时会取得最小的生物可降解率.利用混合菌快速发酵能大大缩短发酵时间,高温也可以大大抑制甚至杀死有害微生物,同时蒸发了水分,也达到了减容效果.对与社会环境治理和农业发展都有着重要的意义.%In this paper, the seed medium and fermentation condition of 4 mixed strains in mixed fermentation process of kitchen waste were studied and optimized. The optimum fermentation conditions were ascertained and the result showed that the BDM was reduced obviously. The optimal ferment condition that was 10% wheat bran in the substrate, 45% the water content, 15% inoculated amount, could get minimum biodegradable rate. The fermentation time could be shorten greatly using rapid fermentation of mixed strains and the high temperature also could inhibit or kill harmful microorganisms effectively. Meanwhile, evaporation of water could make the volume reduce greatly. And this work was beneficial to the social environment and agricultural development.
