柑桔类黄酮生物活性的研究进展

类黄酮是柑桔果实中的重要成分之一。本文综述了柑桔类黄酮生物活性的研究，并分析了其作为食品保健因子的可能性。%Flavonoids are one kind of the most important substance in citrus fruits. The advances of study about the biological activity of citrus flavonoids, and the probability as healthy factor in foods were reviewed in this paper.
