中国树花中地衣多糖的抗氧化活性研究

摘要

In order to get theory foundation for the further development of the lichen species Ramalina sinesis,we extracted polysaccaride from the lichen species Ramalina sinesis by water distillation method.The reduction and the anti-oxidant effects of the polysaccaride were determined by spectrophotometry method.The results showed that polysaccaharide had higher reduction energy.IC50 of polysaccaride to ·OH and O_2~-· were 6.45 mg/mL and 10.63 mg/mL respectively.The inhibiting ability to different free radicals of the polysaccaride was ·OH＞O_2~-·.The conclusion was polysaccaride in the Ramalina sinesis had higher antioxidant activity.%采用水回流煮沸的方法提取中国树花中的地衣多糖.以V_C为参照物采用分光光度法测定了多糖溶液的还原力、羟自由基的清除率、超氧阴离子的清除率.结果表明:树花多糖有较强的还原力;树花多糖抑制·OH、O_2~-·的IC_(50)分别为6.45 mg/mL和10.63 mg/mL,2种自由基的抑制能力由大小为·OH＞O_2~-·.
