以芦荟和山楂为原料进行复合饮料的加工,通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定产品的最适配方为:芦荟汁添加量25%,山楂添加量50%,白砂糖添加量8%,食用盐添加量0.15%。此外,试验得出复合稳定剂添加量为2.968g/L时,饮料的稳定性和流动性很好。%In this paper, the processing of the compound healthy beverage with aloe and hawthorn were discussed. Through orthogonal test, the suitable formula of beverage was 25% aloe juice, 50% hawthorn juice, 8% sugar and 0.15%salt. In addition, stability and fluidity of the beverage were better when adding 2.968g compound stabilizer into 1L beverage.
