萘敏维滴眼液的抑菌效力测定

摘要

Objective To determine the bacteriostatic potency of naphazoline hydrochloride and chlorphenamine maleate and Vitamin B 12 eye drops. Methods The bacteriostatic potency of the eyedrops was determined by colony counting procedure specified in USP Results Thc bacteriostatic system in thc eye drops was stable, and the determination timepoints were conformable to the standard of USP. Conclusion The method is effective in determining the bacteriostatic potency of ophthalmic preparations.%目的 测定萘敏维滴眼液的抑菌效力.方法 采用美国药典规定的方法,用菌落计数法计数.结果 萘敏维滴眼液中的抑菌系统稳定,各测定时间点符合美国药典标准.结论 采用该方法可有效地判定眼用制剂的抑菌效果.
