目的 研究提取纯化木芙蓉叶总黄酮的工艺.方法 采用正交试验优选总黄酮的最佳提取条件并用聚酰胺纯化.结果 最佳提取条件为提取3次,乙醇浓度50%,料液比1∶10,提取时间1.5 h.聚酰胺纯化条件为上样浓度2.25 mg/mL,乙醇解吸浓度70%,解吸速率2 BV/h,洗脱液用量为2.5 BV.结论 利用本实验的优化工艺可使总黄酮纯度达到60%,工艺可行.%Objective To study the optimum extraction and purification of the total flavonoids from the leaves of Hibiscus mutabilis. Methods The orthogonal design was used to find the optimum extraction conditions and purified extracts with polyamide. Results Optimum extraction conditions: the concentration of ethanol was 50 %, the ratio of material to solvent was 1:10, extraction for 3 times and 1.5 hours each time. Polyamide purification conditions: the concentration of adsorption solution was 2.25 mg/mL, and the flowing rate of desorption was 2 BV/h. In the course of elution, the resin column chromatography was eluted with 2.5 BV 70 % ethanol. Conclusion The total flavonoids purity can reach 60 % by the conditions, the technology is feasible.
