环氧乙烷灭菌效果及残留量的实验研究

摘要

Objective To study the sterilization effect and residual level of ethylene oxide. Methods The microbiological sterility test and gas chromatography are adopted. Results and Conclusion Inner stoppers of plastic bottles after sterilization with ethylene oxide can meet the aseptic requirement and the residual level of ethylene oxide can also meet the requirement. Ethylene oxide can be used in the sterilization of thermolabile inner packaging material in the production process.%目的：研究环氧乙烷的灭菌效果及残留量。方法用微生物学法和气相色谱法测定。结果及结论用环氧乙烷灭菌的塑料瓶内塞能达到无菌要求，环氧乙烷残留量符合要求。在严格按要求操作的前提下，生产上可用环氧乙烷灭菌法为不耐热内包材灭菌。
