基于CFD的多翼离心换气扇整流罩的改进设计

         

摘要

基于CFD数值模拟软件对一前弯多翼离心换气扇的整流罩进行了改进设计.结果表明:换气扇的全压随整流罩弧形高度的增大而提高,随弧度半径的增大而降低;与原模型相比,整流罩改进后的换气扇全压提高了8%.在叶轮的前盘位置附近处,存在着明显的回流现象,在整流罩内的边缘处也有漩涡现象.改进后的漩涡较原模型有明显的改善,气流流过叶片后,动压值显著增大,静压值变化不明显,当气流离开叶轮进入蜗壳后,静压值沿蜗壳径向方向,呈现明显的增大趋势.%The design of the fairing in a forward-curved multi-blade centrifugal fan was improved based on the CFD simulation software. It shows that the total pressure of the fan increases with the increasing of the arc height of the fairing, and the total pressure will decrease if the curvature radius of the fairing increases. Compared with the original model, the total pressure of the fan improved increased by 8%. There is obvious reflow phenomenon near the front plate of the impeller, and there is also vortex phenomenon within the edge of the fairing. The vortex significantly improved over the original model. The dynamic pressure increased notably while the static pressure did not change very much when the air flow went through the blades. After the airflow entered the volute of the fan, the static pressure showed a distinguished increasing trend along the radial direction of the volute.
