The present invention relates to a method for designing a rapid freezing warehouse for a storage container using CFD modeling. The method comprises the steps of: discretizing the inside of an automated rapid freezing warehouse; setting the number of cooling fans installed in the automated rapid freezing warehouse, an arrangement form of the cooling fan, a mutual arrangement relation between the cooling fan and a cooler, the presence of a duct receiving the cooling fan, a form of the duct, and an arrangement form of a storage container; obtaining a flow of cool air and the cooling efficiency for the storage container inside an automated rapid freezing warehouse in which a constraint is set; and analyzing an element for designing an automated rapid freezing warehouse based on the obtained flow of cool air and the cooling efficiency.
