旋涡泵内部流动分析及水力设计

         

摘要

By the friction and centrifugal force acting principle,the flow process and the reasons for the energy loss in vortex pump were explained. With an analysis of the main technical specifications about hydraulic model for five typical vortex pump, those empirical formula like impeller vane number Z,impeller diameter D,blade width b,the flow channel area A,diameter coeffi-cient ε,width coefficientβand efflux coefficientλwere deduced. By analyzing the mechanical,volume and flow loss,the calcula-tion of mechanical efficiency ηm ,volumetric efficiency ηv and hydraulic efficiency ηh were elaborated. The case of a self-priming vortex pump (25WZB1. 5-25-0. 75) developed proved that such methods are effective.%依据摩擦力和离心力双重做功效应原理,阐述了旋涡泵的工作过程及泵内能量损失的原因。在分析5个代表性旋涡泵优秀水力模型主要技术参数基础上,拟合出叶片数Z、叶轮外径D、叶片宽度b、流道面积A及直径系数ε、宽度系数β和流速系数λ经验计算公式。通过分析比较提出旋涡泵机械效率ηm、容积效率ηv 和流动效率ηh 计算公式。25WZB1.5-25-0.75自吸旋涡泵开发的案例验证了本文设计方法具有较高的准确性。
