岩生香薷挥发油成分的 GC-MS 分析及其功效测试研究

             

摘要

The volatile oil of Elsholtzia saxatilis was obtained by steam distillation from its flower stem and leaf,and its chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS combined with Kovats index,among which,55 peaks were separated,and 29 components with relative peak area percentage higher than 0.1 % were identified,which accounted for 98.47% of the total GC peak area.The results showed that they were alcohols,terpenoids,aliphatic compounds and a small amount of aldehyde com-pounds,etc.On the other hand,the results of efficacy test,including antioxidant and antibacterial activity of the volatile oil, showed that it had a certain degree of antioxidant and antibacterial ability.This study may provide scientific basis for further development and utilization of Elsholtzia saxatilis .%采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取岩生香薷花茎叶中的挥发油,并通过 GC-MS 联用技术结合正构烷烃保留指数对其挥发油化学成分进行分析,共分离出55种化合物,鉴定了其中峰面积相对百分比≥0.1%的29种组分,占总峰面积的98.641%。分析结果表明,该挥发油主要包括醇类、萜类、脂肪族化合物及少量的醛类成分等。同时对该挥发油的功效能力进行测试,包括体外抗氧化及抗菌性,结果显示该挥发油具有一定的抗氧化和抗菌效果,为岩生香薷挥发油的进一步应用提供依据。
