为获得茶香、花香、清甜香突出的高品质烟用茶香料，采用水蒸气蒸馏结合膜浓缩技术开发了铁观音杀青物烟用香料。考察了水蒸气蒸馏时间、浓缩方式及条件，并对获得的烟用香料进行了香味成分分析及卷烟加香评价。结果表明：①最佳提取条件为投料量30 kg，直通蒸气阀门开度25%，蒸馏时间2.5 h；最佳浓缩方式为反渗透膜浓缩，出膜压力1.0 MPa；②铁观音杀青物烟用香料中共检测到81种香味成分，总检出质量比324.54μg/g，其中苯乙醇、橙花叔醇、芳樟醇、乙酸芳樟酯等具有清甜香、花香香韵的香味成分含量较高；③铁观音杀青物烟用香料能够明显提升卷烟品质，协调和丰富烟香，柔和细腻烟气，以及改善口感。%To obtain high quality tobacco flavors with characteristic sweet flower and tea aroma, Tieguanyin tea fixation extracts were prepared by steam distillation and membrane condensation. The steam distillation time and condensation methods had been studied. The results indicated that: ① the optimal extraction conditions were determined as: feeding amount 30 kg, opening degree of pass - through steam valve 25%, distillation time 2.5 h. The optimal condensation method was reverse osmosis membrane concentration with the pressure of 1.0 MPa. ② Total of 81 components were determined by gas chromatography, they were amounted to 324.54 μg/g. The main components with characteristic sweet flower and tea aroma were phenyl ethyl alcohol, nerolidol, linalool, linalyl acetate. ③ When the obtained extracts were used as a cigarette flavor, it could improve the cigarette quality, enrich the cigarette flavor, increase the soft sense and improve cigarette taste obviously.
