野菊花精油微胶囊的制备及在卷烟加香中的应用

             

摘要

In this experiment,chrysanthemum oil was used as core material for making microcapsules. The preparing process was optimized by single factor and orthogonal test. The results showed that when the concentration of wall material was at mass ratio of 1%,core wall mass ratio was from 1/1 to 1/2,pH was 3.5,stirring speed was 600 r/min,the encapsulation efficiency was high and the particle size was small. The thermal stability of the microcapsules was detected and it was found that when the temperature was higher than 60℃,the large size microcapsules began to rupture. Accelerated volatilization test found out that the microencapsulation can reduce the evaporation rate of essential oil of chrysanthemum. Finally,the results of application of chrysanthemum oil microcapsule in tobaccoflavoring and sensory evaluation showed that when the microcapsule dosage was between 10 - 15 mg/piece,the aroma of cigarette was increased significantly,its irritation was reduced and the aftertaste was improved.%选取野菊花精油为芯材,以复凝聚法制备野菊花精油微胶囊,通过单因素和正交试验得出:当壁材质量分数为1%,芯壁质量比为1︰1到1︰2,pH为3.5,搅拌速度为600 r/min时,制备出高包埋率和较小颗粒度的野菊花精油微胶囊。对微胶囊的热稳定性进行检测,发现当温度大于60℃时,微胶囊大颗粒开始发生破裂。加速挥发试验发现,微胶囊化能有效降低野菊花精油的挥发速率。最后,将野菊花精油微胶囊应用于卷烟加香,评吸结果表明:当微胶囊添加量为10~15 mg/支时,卷烟香气量增加明显,刺激性降低,余味舒适。
