根皮素抗氧化剂自微乳及微乳凝胶剂的研究

     

摘要

The self - microemulsion and microemulsion gel of antioxidant of phloretin was studied. At the same time, its physical and chemical properties, stability performance were investigated. Suitable oil phase, surfactant and co - surfactant were screened, and water titration method was used to draw the ternary phase diagram to find out the best Km, also, the average particle size and its stability were investigated. The results showed that the largest domain of nano - emulsion was obtained when Km = 3. The mass ratios of ingredients in initial formula obtained were co - surfucatant / glycerol / IPP / phloretin = 53 / 27 / 15 / 4, the average particle size of self - microemulsion was 30.10 nm, and it was stable in low and normal temperatures, the average particle size of microemulsion gel was 43.16 nm, and it showed good results in cold - resistant, heat - resistant and normal temperature tests. It meant that the self - microemulsion and microemulsion gel of phloretin had advantages of easily prepared, small particle size and high stability, and the self - microemulsion of phloretin was a stable nano - intermediate, the microemulsion gel of phloretin would hopefully be a goodin vitro transdermal drug delivery system.%研究根皮素抗氧化剂自微乳及微乳凝胶剂,并对其理化性能、稳定性能进行评价.筛选油相、表面活性剂、助表面活性剂,并采用水滴定法绘制伪三元相图,筛选最佳Km值,考察自微乳及其凝胶剂的平均粒径和稳定性.结果显示,Km=3时,得到纳米乳区域最大,初步获得最佳质量比处方为PPG-4-鲸蜡醇聚醚-20:丙三醇:棕榈酸异丙酯:根皮素=53:27:15:4,自微乳平均粒径30.10 nm,在低温和常温下很稳定,其微乳凝胶剂的粒径为43.16 nm,耐寒、耐热、常温试验结果都较理想.研究结果表明,根皮素抗氧化剂自微乳及其微乳凝胶剂制备工艺简便,粒径小,稳定性好,根皮素自微乳是一种稳定的纳米制剂中间体,而其微乳凝胶剂有望成为体外皮肤给药制剂.
