国内部分耐火电缆在英国标准下的耐火表现

摘要

结合国内耐火电缆以及耐火材料的现状,以耐火性能要求更高的英国标准对各类型耐火电缆进行试验,研究各类耐火电缆在英国耐火电缆试验方法中的耐火性能.仅缠绕云母带、不含任何防水材料的耐火电缆很难通过BS 6387-2012的W试验.云母带绕包两层及以上的耐火电缆大多能够通过BS 6387-2012的C试验.BS 8491-2008对耐火电缆抗物理冲击强度和抗喷水强度的要求较高,耐火电缆需要有一层耐冲击结构.%Accord to the development of fire-resistance cable and fire-resistance material in China, using British standard test meth-ods for fire resistance characteristics tests of cables, the fire-resis-tance performance of cables which have different materials was re-searched. The cables with mica but no water resistance materials can hardly pass the W test of BS 6387-2012. Cables with 2 layers and more mica can pass the C test of BS 6387-2012. BS 8491-2008 has high requirement on the physical shock resistance strength and water spray resistance strength, which needs the ca-bles have a layer of shock resistance structure.
