PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent violet thermal meltdown, drip, or the like, even if a connection part subjected to abnormally high temperature such that fire occurs there by providing a non-carbonization insulation material insulating layer as the outermost layer insulation treatment, from a cable conductor terminal to a connection part grounding wire treatment place. ;SOLUTION: At high-voltage fireproof cable connection part, an expandable silicone adhesive tape 7 is wound on the outermost layer over the entire length of the connection part of three cable cores 1, where connection pretreatment work is completed. When the high-voltage fireproof cable connection part is placed under abnormal temperature rise where fire occurs, no thermal meltdown will occur in the expandable silicone adhesive tape 7, thus preventing drip to the high-voltage fireproof cable and soaking to the details of the connection part. In addition, the expandable silicone adhesive tape 7 has a high ignition temperature and superior incombustibility, and forms SiO₂ with superior electric insulation property even if the tape 7 is burned, so that a grounding fault will not occur.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
