消防员心理健康影响因素探析

摘要

基于消防员的心理健康状况开展问卷调查,通过对问卷结果的统计分析建立消防员心理健康问题树,认为消防员的心理问题主要包括担心害怕、厌倦、焦虑和强迫心理,并对产生的原因进行探讨.将消防员心理健康的整体水平与地方常模和军人常模进行对比.鉴于消防员心理健康存在的问题,阐述将虚拟现实技术应用于消防员心理适应训练,有利于克服战时心理焦虑,提高心理健康水平.%Questionnaire survey on fireman's mental health was car-ried out,the problem tree of fireman's mental health was estab-lished through statistical analysis of the survey results,it was con-cluded that the mental problems were fear,boredom,anxiety and obsessive mentality and the reasons were discussed. Comparing the overall level of fireman's mental health with local norm and mili-tary norm. Base on the problems in fireman's mental health,the ap-plication of virtual reality technology in psychological adaptation training was discussed,it could help overcome psychological anxi-ety and improve the mental health level.
