高等学校仪器设备采购管理中的几个问题

分析了我国科教仪器设备市场的特点和高校仪器设备采购中采购主体分散和后续服务不到位等问题,提出建立高校采购管理大平台、建立专家评标队伍和优化“产品十服务”采购评价体系的解决方案.%This article analyzes the Chinese market features of instruments and equipment for science and technology, and some problems of "the whole and parts separate" of procurement and not on position of subsequent services in procurement of instruments and equipment in colleges and universities. This article also puts forward the solution proposal for constructing the procurement and management platform, establishing the experts' marked price team and optimizing the "product and service" evaluation system.
