基于实验设计理论与CAE分析的'塑料成型模具'综合实验课程实践

     

摘要

This plastic comprehensive experiment is based on test-design theory and CAE analysis software. Its main contents includes integrating “plastic mould & dies ”and “test design and data analysis” as well as “mould CAD/CAE” technologies; designing tests way with orthogonal test theory ; proceeding simulation test based on injection molding software Moldflow MPI 6.0 ; evaluating the test data with range and variance analysis theory; determining the best injection molding process and applying it in the real plastic molding. This plastic comprehensive experiment expands the test range and improves test quality. It enables students to do test independently, to get the goal of training innovative technic talents. The experience supplies an example for experiment course reform in colleges and can be used in real engineering.%基于实验设计与CAE分析的塑料成型综合实验,将"塑料成型模具"、"模具CAD/CAE"、"实验设计与数据处理"3门课程实验有机结合,运用正交试验法设计实验方案,用注塑成型分析软件Moldflow MPI6.0进行模拟实验,对实验结果开展极差、方差分析法处理,确定出注塑工艺优化方案,并运用于实际塑料成型实验.这一综合实验平台的构建,拓宽了实验的广度与深度,提高了综合实验质量,赋予学生较大的自主实验空间,达到了培养创新型技术人才的目的,实现了综合实验课程创新的目标预期,对实验课程教改具有一定示范意义,并具有现实的实际工程意义.
