利用激光衍射法测量细丝直径

摘要

在利用激光衍射法测量细丝直径的实验中，根据夫琅禾费衍射理论和巴比涅互补原理，提出利用图像重合法求出单缝衍射的正负一级波谷的间距，由单缝衍射公式求出细丝的直径，通过实验结果验证了该方法的可行性。%The separation distance of single-slit diffraction of ±1 level trough is calculated by the image overlap method based on theory of Fraunhofer diffraction and Babinet principle in the experiment of measuring the diameter of filament by laser diffraction method.The filament diameter is calculated by formula of single-slit diffraction.The feasibility of this method is proved by experimental results.
