基于Matlab的内部热耦合精馏塔仿真实验平台

摘要

Modeling and control scheme designs of heat integrated distillation column are introduced,and then a simulation experimental platform for heat integrated distillation column based on Matlab is designed.The platform contains a series of simulation programs,including the modeling,the dynamic analysis,the controller design,modeling and control based on nonlinear wave theory,and so on.The simulation experimental platform will help the students learn the development and frontier of heat integrated distillation technology, grasp the control design methods for complex plant,and cultivate and improve their innovation capacity and research enthusiasm.%介绍了内部热耦合精馏技术的建模与控制方法，设计了一套基于 Matlab 的内部热耦合精馏塔仿真实验平台。该实验平台包括内部热耦合精馏过程的建模、特性分析、控制方案设计、Wave非线性建模与控制等一系列仿真实验程序，有助于学生了解内部热耦合精馏技术的发展与前沿知识，掌握常规控制方法在复杂对象上的设计方法，培养和提高学生的创新能力和科研热情。
