基于岗位胜任力的情境创设教学改革实践

     

摘要

传统教育的僵化不变与社会日益发展需要高素质人才之间的矛盾日益突出,要求高等教育工作者切实改进教学方法、提高学生岗位胜任力。在临床医学专业本科“生物化学”课程教学过程中开展灵活多样的情境创设教学实践,将学生引入特定的学习情境中,调动学生的学习积极性和主动性,培养学生的自主学习能力,完善学生的综合素质构建。%Traditional education is always inflexible,but the demand for high quality talents is increasing with the social development. Higher educational workers should effectively reform the teaching method,and improve students’post competency.Situation creation teaching mode was applicated to the students of clinical medicine specialty in the course of Biochemistry.Through the efforts,the students were effectively introduced into the learning situation,the enthusiasm and initiative of students in learning were excited, and the comprehensive quality construction and the autonomous learning ability of students were improved.
