ESA模式医学科研型研究生阶梯式实验培训探索

         

摘要

秉承"素质教育和创新教育"理念,探索建立在ES A模式下开展对医学科学学位型研究生进行阶梯式科研实验培训.展开问卷调查明确培训方向、编写实验培训讲义、进行基础式岗前培训、系列式实验技术实训、依托科研项目的针对式指导,以及微课微信碎片式、在线虚拟仿真学习,并且举办系列科研讲座及沙龙活动.以阶梯式层次培养使研究生得到较为规范的生物安全、生物医学系列技能训练.%According to the idea of "Quality education and innovation education" , the establishment of the ladder-type practical training mode for medical science degrce-type graduate students under the ESA (engage-study-activate) mode is explored .To conduct the questionnaires to identify the training objectives ,compiles training materials ,carries out the basic pre-job training ,and the serial experimental practical training .With the targeted guidance based on research projects ,and through the micro-class ,WeChat and online virtual simulation learning ,a series of research seminars and salon activities are organized .With the ladder-type training ,graduate students get a series of the more standardized skill trainings in bio-safety and bio-medicine .
