法学实践型人才培养模式的新探索

培养的应用型法学人才要"上得了法庭,出得了现场".对于证据调查和物证技术教学可以多种模式的教育方法,如证据调查和物证技术兴趣小组模式、物证技术实验室产学研模式以及与实践部门合作培养模式等.通过利用共建单位物证技术资源开展实验教学、教学参观活动等活动带领学生"走出去",以及通过邀请物证专家开展实践教学活动、开展国际化物证技术前沿交流和讲座"请进来"的教学实践案例,为开展该类实践课程的探索和人才的培养提供了有益的借鉴.%Practical legal talents can get on the court and manage on the scene.Educational methods of evidence investigation and evidence teaching can involve a variety of modes,such as modes of evidence investigation,evidence technical interest group,cooperation training of production and laboratory and practice department.Through the use of criminalistic resources to carry out experimental teaching activities and other activities,students are led to go out of school.Teaching practice cases by inviting experts to carry out the practice of evidence teaching activities,international exchanges and criminalistic frontier seminars provide a useful reference for carrying out exploration and on the practical courses and training practical talent.
