MoS2薄膜制备和表征及光伏器件应用综合研究型实验设计

     

摘要

In order to enable the students to better understand the characteristics of the two-dimensional layered semiconductor, a comprehensive research-oriented experiment on preparation and characterization of the molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) thin film and application of photovoltaic devices is designed.This experiment includes the experimental contents such as the preparation of MoS2 thin film by magnetron sputtering, fabrication of thin film solar cell devices, lattice structure and surface morphology analysis, measurement of electro-optical properties, etc., which vividly shows the internal relationship between the growth of MoS2 thin film, the unique structure and excellent device performance, and can help the students to obtain the overall and clear understanding of the characteristics of MoS2 new materials.This experiment has a new topic and the experimental contents cover the knowledge points about materials science, semiconductor physics, electronic devices, etc.The teaching practice shows that the comprehensive research-oriented experiment can cultivate the students' comprehensive quality and innovative research ability.%为了让学生更好地认识二维层状半导体的特性,设计了二硫化钼(MoS2)薄膜制备、表征及光伏器件应用综合研究型实验.该实验包括磁控溅射技术制备MoS2薄膜、薄膜太阳能电池器件制作、晶格结构和表面形貌分析、电光性能测量等实验内容,形象展示了MoS2薄膜生长、独特结构和优异器件性能之间的内在联系,让学生对MoS2新材料特征有整体的认知.该实验选题新颖,实验内容涵盖材料学、半导体物理、电子器件等知识点.教学实践表明,该综合研究实验全面培养了学生的综合素质和创新研究能力.
