实验教学中心人员绩效考核的AHP量化方法

             

摘要

实验技术人员工作绩效的量化考核,对于提升实验教学的教学效果具有重大作用.现有实验技术人员考核办法的研究,定性研究多、定量分析少.定量分析研究中,权重系数一般为经验值,存在较大的人为因素影响,且各种实验教学任务之间的工作量不具可比性.为此,分析了实验教学中心人员绩效考核须遵循的原则,建立了考核的AHP模型,提出了权重系数确定方法和评分办法,对提高实验技术人员量化考核的科学性和合理性具有积极的促进作用.%The quantitative evaluation of the job performance of the experimental technicians plays an important role in improving the experimental teaching effect.The research on the existing evaluation methods for the experimental technicians is more qualitative and less quantitative.In the study of quantitative analysis,the weight coefficient is generally an empirical value,there is a larger influence of human factors,and the workload among the various experimental teaching tasks is not comparable.Therefore,the principles of the performance evaluation of the experimental teaching center personnel are analyzed,the AHP(analytic hierarchy process)model of the evaluation is established,and the method of determining the weight coefficient and the scoring method are put forward,which has the positive effect on improving the scientificity and rationality of the quantitative evaluation for the experimental technicians.
