Objective To analyze the mRNA expression of complete S transactivated protein 1 (CSTP1) gene and its protein level in bladder cancer and paracancerous tissues. Methods RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry were utilized to determine CSTP1 mRNA and protein expression in bladder cancer and paracancerous tissues. Results RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry results shown that CSTP1 mRNA and protein expression level decreased dramatically in bladder cancer tissues compared to paired non-cancerous tissues from the same patients. Conclusion CSTP1 mRNA and protein expression significantly decreased in bladder cancer tissues than paracancerous, suggesting CSTP1 gene may be a potential tumor suppressor in bladder cancer.%目的:分析乙肝病毒全S蛋白反式激活蛋白1(CSTP1)基因mRNA及蛋白在膀胱癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达。方法利用RT-PCR和免疫组化法分析CSTP1 mRNA及蛋白在膀胱癌组织和癌旁组织中表达情况。结果 RT-PCR和免疫组化分析显示CSTP1mRNA和蛋白在膀胱癌组织中较来源于同一病人的癌旁组织表达明显降低。结论 CSTP1基因在mRNA水平及蛋白水平在膀胱癌组织中表达均较癌旁组织中表达明显下调,可能是一个潜在的抑癌基因。
