2016—2018年某三级甲等医院门诊抗菌药物应用分析

目的:了解某三级甲等医院 (以下简称"该院") 门诊感染患者使用抗菌药物的现状, 为合理应用抗菌药物提供参考.方法:选取2016年2月至2018年2月该院门诊使用量排序居前10位的抗菌药物, 对其使用状况进行统计分析.结果:2016年2月至2018年2月该院门诊使用量排序居前10位的抗菌药物中, 用药频度最大的为阿莫西林克拉维酸钾干混悬剂, 最小的为注射用头孢替唑钠;限定日费用最高的为阿莫西林克拉维酸钾干混悬剂, 最低的为左氧氟沙星胶囊;药物利用指数＞1的只有阿莫西林克拉维酸钾干混悬剂.结论:该院门诊抗菌药物的使用基本合理, 但仍存在部分问题, 需要加强对抗菌药物临床应用的监督与管理.%OBJECTIVE: To investigate the current application status of antibiotics for outpatients in a Grade Ⅲ Level A hospital (hereinafter referred to as "the hospital"), so as to provide reference for the rational application of antibiotics. METHODS: Data of the top 10 antibiotics ranked by outpatient usage amount during Feb. 2016 to Feb. 2018 were extracted to conduct the statistical analysis. RESULTS: During Feb. 2016 to Feb. 2018, among the top 10 antibiotics in the outpatient departments, the most frequently used drug was amoxicillin potassium clavulanate dry suspension, and the smallest was ceftiazole sodium for injection. The highest defined daily cost (DDC) was amoxicillin clavulanate potassium suspension and the lowest was Levofloxacin capsules. Only the amoxicillin clavulanate potassium dry suspension was used with a drug utilization index of＞1. CONCLUSIONS: The application of antibiotics in the outpatient clinic is basically reasonable, but there are still some problems, and it is necessary to strengthen the supervision and management of the clinical application of antibiotics.
