2013—2014年天水市第一人民医院中药注射剂应用分析

摘要

目的:分析中药注射剂在天水市第一人民医院(以下简称"我院")的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法:采用回顾性调查分析法对我院2013—2014年中药注射剂的品种、销售金额与用药频度( defined daily dose system,DDDs)排序作为评价指标进行统计分析,对各科室用药量进行排序分析,对我院中药注射剂说明书信息进行汇总分析.结果:2013—2014 年共使用28个品规25个品种的中药注射剂,使用频率最高的是活血化瘀类,占绝对的主导地位,其次是补益类和清热解毒类.我院2013—2014年全年药品销售总金额为3 228.547 6万元,中药注射剂销售金额为443.156 2 万元,占医院药品销售总金额的13.73%,销售金额排序前5位的是注射用益气复脉、参附注射液、注射用血塞通、丹参多酚酸盐粉针和参芪扶正注射液,DDDs排序前5位的分别是痰热清注射液、注射用血塞通、生脉注射液、参附注射液和注射用灯盏花素.结论:2013—2014年我院中药注射剂应用基本合理,但仍有不足,须引起重视应该加强用药管理和不良反应监测.%OBJECTIVE:To analyze the application of traditional Chinese medicine injection in the First People's Hospital of Tianshui( hereinafter referred to as"our hospital"),so as to provide reference for the rational clinical drug use.METHODS: By retrospective investigation,the categories,consumption sum and defined daily dose system ( DDDs) of antibiotics were set as the evaluation indicators,statistical analysis was conducted;the drug consumption amount in different departments were ranked and observed; and the label information of traditional Chinese medicine injection were collected to be analyzed.RESULTS:28 types and 25 categories of traditional Chinese medicine injection were involved during 2013-2014,the drugs that promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis took the lead of the use frequency,followed by benefit and heat-clearing and detoxifying traditional Chinese medicine injection.The annual consumption sum of all drugs during 2013-2014 were 32.285 476 million yuan,among which the consumption sum of traditional Chinese medicine injection were 4.431 562 million yuan,accounting for 13.73% of the total.The top 5 ranked by consumption sum were yiqifumai,shenfu,xuesaitong injection,salvianolate and shenqifuzheng; and another top 5 ranked by DDDs were tanreqing,xuesaitong injection,shengmai,shenfu and breviscapine.CONCLUSIONS: The application of traditional Chinese medicine injection in our hospital during 2013-2014 are basically rational,but there are still some problems which need to attach more importance,strengthen the medication management and the monitoring of adverse reactions.
