2013—2016年昭通市第一人民医院中药注射剂应用分析

摘要

目的:了解昭通市第一人民医院(以下简称"我院")2013—2016年中药注射液剂使用情况,为合理使用该类药物提供参考.方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对2013—2016年我院中药注射剂销售金额,各类中药注射剂销售金额及其构成比,销售金额排序居前10位、用药频度(defined daily dose system,DDDs)排序居前10位的中药注射剂及其限定日费用(defined daily cost,DDC)进行统计分析.结果:我院中药注射剂销售金额和药品总销售金额均呈逐年升高趋势,但中药注射剂销售金额占药品总销售金额比例的变化趋势不明显.各类中药注射剂中,理血剂销售金额构成比呈明显降低趋势,温里剂销售金额构成比呈明显升高趋势,开窍剂和其他类中药注射剂销售金额构成比的变化趋势不明显.4年来,销售金额排序和DDDs排序均居前10位的中药注射剂有血必净注射液、疏血通注射液、注射用红花黄色素、注射用血栓通(150 mg),且DDDs排序居前10位的中药注射剂的DDC均较高.结论:我院中药注射剂的使用基本合理,但也存在一些问题,需多部门齐抓共管,促进该类药物的合理应用.%OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application status of traditional Chinese medicine injections ( TCMI ) in Zhaotong the First People 's Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") during 2013-2016, so as to provide reference for the rational application .METHODS:Retrospective analysis was adopted , statistical analysis was conducted on the consumption sum of TCMI , consumption sum of different kinds of TCMI and its constitutional ratio , the top 10 TCMI ranked by consumption sum , defined daily dose system (DDDs) and defined daily cost (DDC).RESULTS:The consumption sum of TCMI and total consumption sum of drugs were in increasing tendency year by year , yet the changes of ratio of consumption sum of TCMI versus total consumption sum of drugs was stable .Of all kinds of TCMI , the consumption sum constitutional ratio of blood-regulating formula decreased significantly , yet warming interior formula increased significantly , and the constitutional ratio of formula for resuscitation and other TCMI were stable .For four years, the top 10 TCMI ranked by consumption sum and DDDs were respectively Xuebijing injections , Shuxuetong injections, Huahuangsesu injections , Xueshuantong(150 mg), and the DDC of the top 10 TCMI ranked by DDDs were relatively high .CONCLUSIONS:The application of TCMI in our hospital is basically rational , yet there are still some problems .It is necessary to strengthen the management and improve the level of rational medication .
