瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗急性脑梗死合并颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者的疗效及对血脂的影响

摘要

目的:探讨瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗急性脑梗死合并颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者的疗效及对血脂的影响.方法:选取2015年11月-2016年10月菏泽市立医院分院收治的急性脑梗死合并颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者86例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例.对照组患者给予抗血小板聚集及清除自由基治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀钙10mg.观察两组患者治疗前后颈动脉粥样硬化斑块变化、血脂水平,比较两组患者不良反应发生情况的差异.结果:治疗后,观察组患者的不稳定斑块发生率明显低于对照组;观察组患者三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平明显低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05).结论:瑞舒伐他汀钙可明显缓解脑梗死患者的血脂水平,稳定颈动脉粥样硬化斑块,安全、有效.%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy and effects on blood fat of rosuvastatin in treatment of acute cerebral infarction combined with carotid atherosclerostic plaque.METHODS:86 patients with acute cerebral infarction combined with carotid atherosclerostic plaque admitted into Branch of Hezemunicipal Hospital from Nov.2015 to Oct.2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table,with 43 cases in each.The control group was treated with anti-platelet aggregation and free radical scavenging,while the observation group was given 10 mg of rosuvastatin based on the control group.The changes of plaques and blood fat levels of two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups was compared.RESULTS:After treatment,the incidence of unstable plaques of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;the triglyceride,total cholesterol and low density of lipoprotein cholesterol level of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the high density of lipoprotein cholesterol level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Rosuvastatin can significantly reduce the level of blood fat of patients with cerebral infarction,and stabilize the carotid atherosclerostic plaque with safety and effectiveness.
