目的：探讨鼻渊舒口服液联合罗红霉素胶囊治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效及安全性。方法：选择营口市中心医院耳鼻喉科2015年1月—2016年7月收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者84例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各42例。对照组患者给予罗红霉素胶囊，观察组患者在对照组基础上联合应用鼻渊舒口服液。观察2组患者的视觉模拟评分（ visual analogue scale ，VAS）改善情况、疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗前，2组患者VAS评分的差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者的VAS评分明显低于本组治疗前，且明显低于对照组治疗后，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。观察组患者的总有效率为90.48％（38／42），明显高于对照组的73.81％（31／42），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者不良反应发生率为11.90％（5／42），明显低于对照组的28.57％（12／42），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：鼻渊舒口服液联合罗红霉素胶囊治疗慢性鼻窦炎的效果较好，不良反应少。%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy and safety of biyuanshu oral liquid combined with Roxithromycin capsules in treatment of chronic sinusitis .METHODS:84 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted into Yingkou Central Hospital from Jan .2015 to Jul .2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 42 cases in each.The control group were treated with Roxithromycin capsules , while the observation group were additionally given biyuanshu oral liquid based on the control group .The improvement of visual analogue scale ( VAS ) , efficacy and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed .RESULTS:Before treatment , there was no significant difference in VAS score between the 2 groups ( P>0.05).After treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of before treatment , and also significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .The total effective rate of observation group was 90.48%( 38/42 ) , significantly higher than that of control group [ 73.81%( 31/42 ) ] , with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ) . The incidence of adverse drug reactions of observation group was 11.90%( 5/42 ) , significantly higher than that of control group [ 28.57%(12/42)], with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The effects of biyuanshu oral liquid combined with Roxithromycin capsules in treatment of chronic sinusitis is significant with few adverse drug reactions .
