深圳市经济增长与工业污染物排放量关系研究

     

摘要

Based on the presumption of environmental kuznets curve, the econometric models between per capital CDP and different environmental pollution indicators including COIXChemical Oxygen Demand), industrial SO2, industrial soot, industrial dust, and industrial solid waste were constructed, with successively economical and environmental data from 1996 to 2010 of Shenzhen collected. The results showed that COD discharge, industrial S02 emission, industrial soot and industrial solid waste emissions were in line with the Environmental Kuznets Curves. The investment on environmental protection and strong environmental management were the driving factors for Shenzhen development across the inflection point of Environmental Kuznets Curve. An inverted-U curve was showed between per capita CDP and the summation of the pollutant discharge feed. In general, the whole environmental pollution in Shenzhen tended to be better at present.%根据环境库兹涅茨曲线假设,选取深圳市1996 - 2010年的经济与环境数据,构造了环境污染指标与人均GDP之间的计量经济模型.研究结果表明:工业化学需氧量排放量、工业SO2排放量、工业烟尘排放量、工业固体废物排放量符合“倒U型”曲线假说,环保投资和强有力的环境管理促进了深圳市跨越环境库兹涅茨曲线转折点;各环境指标的排污费用总和与人均GDP的关系表现出“倒U型”曲线.综合来看,目前深圳市整体的环境污染情况已经趋于好转.
