浅析“环境影响评价技术导则声环境”（HJ2．4—2009）实施后环评中应重视的问题

从总则及编写要求、评价等级、声环境现状调查及评价、声环境影响预测几个方面分析了《环境影响评价技术导则声环境》95版和09版的区别，在此基础上，以江苏省内公路噪声环境影响评价为例，浅析了导则09版实施后在环评工作中应重视的一些问题，供学习与探讨。%The differences between version 95 and version 09 of Technical Guidelines for Noise Impact Assessment are analyzed from the aspects of general rules and compiling requests, evaluating grade, ecological environmental quality investigation and assessment, ecological environmental impact forecast. Based on these factors, some problems which should be valued after the implementation of Technical Guidelines for Noise Impact Assessment （ H J2.4 - 2009） in environmental impact assessment （EIA） are analyzed by taking the EIA of expressways in Jiangsu Province as example so as to provide reference of learning and discussion.
