等离子体熔融技术处理垃圾焚烧飞灰的中试研究

     

摘要

针对广州市垃圾焚烧飞灰的特性,开发了1套等离子体高温熔融技术处理工艺和1套中试处理设备,中试实验表明:该工艺可实现将飞灰转变为熔融体,经急冷后成为玻璃体(渣),在飞灰玻璃体(渣)中的重金属几乎无浸出,烟气污染物达标排放.%Based on the characteristics of the fly ash from MSW incineration in Guangzhou,a process of plasma melting technology was developed and a set of pilot-scale equipment was established.The results showed that the plasma melting process could achieve to turn fly ash into melting state,and then into the vitrified slag by fast cooling method,from which the heavy metals were found almost no leaching,and the pollutants from the flue gas emission were adhere to the discharge criteria.
