Rice is the staple food .Heavy metals accumulation in rice has been paid more attention .It was re-viewed the changes of protein of rice plants was affected by different kinds of heavy metals .Based on the previous studies ,the expression of protein that related to oxidative stress would be changed when plants were exposed by Cd , Cu ,As and Al .Currently ,the study of proteomics was mainly focused on rice exposed by Cd ,and there was relatively little research on the response protein of other heavy metal stress .It was showed that the types of response protein were abundant and the function was similar when it was exposed by Cd and As ;rice could resist coercion by lowering metabolism and strengthening defense mechanism in response to Cu stress ;the response protein of rice exposed by Hg was mainly related to photosynthesis and antioxidation process .%水稻(Oryza sativa L.)是全球主要粮食作物之一,其重金属污染问题值得关注.综述了重金属胁迫对水稻造成毒害时所引起的蛋白质组学水平的变化情况.在现有的国内外研究进展中可发现,水稻受到镉、铜、砷、铝胁迫时,与氧化应激反应相关蛋白的表达会受到明显响应.当前,蛋白质组学的研究主要集中于水稻响应镉胁迫,对于其他重金属胁迫的响应蛋白研究相对较少.现有研究可知,镉和砷的响应蛋白类型较丰富,功能也较相似;水稻在响应铜胁迫时可能通过降低代谢,增强防御机制来响应胁迫伤害;水稻响应汞胁迫时的响应蛋白,主要是与光合作用与抗氧化过程相关蛋白.
